Mike Greene- Integrity Works Coaching
Communicating with Differently People Differently
This topic is geared toward gaining a more effective level of communication with different types of personality profiles. We’re all wired a little different, yet we tend to communicate in a manner that is most like ourselves, and this often does not fit our audience. Whether formally selling or simply having a conversation with a friend, family member or co-worker, minimizing the communication gap is critical to success. We’ll focus on understanding more about our likely profile type, understanding other types, how to identify and appreciate differences and how best to adapt for the best possible outcomes.
Mike is the owner of IntegrityWorks Coaching – an integrity-driven coaching, training and consulting company focused on planned and purposeful growth for individuals, teams and organizations, with a specific focus on sales, leadership, communication and team development.
