First Aid for Photographers
presented by David Foltz NR-AEMT, AHA-I, SB-I, BFA, M. Photog. Cr., FP-VPPA, MPA-PPAofPA
Why is it important for a photographer to have basic first aid skills?
Photographers often find themselves in remote or unfamiliar locations and need to be able to respond quickly and effectively to unexpected, potentially dangerous situations. Having basic first aid skills can help photographers ensure the safety of themselves and their subjects. Knowing how to administer basic first aid can help prevent minor injuries from becoming major ones, and it can help photographers be prepared to react appropriately if an emergency arises. Having basic first aid knowledge can also give photographers the peace of mind to focus on getting the perfect shot without worrying about potential safety issues.
